I'm lvl 22 now and learning new things. Bill also made me a captain in the guild :)

Found a guild, Unity. Nice group of folks from all over the world!
This whole thing with CubiZone and buying game gold got a little out there to unravel. It turns out that you can buy the cubizone points, just not until 2/9.

What do you know, but i got bored with WoW. I never could get the gear i needed to make it to Karazahn and just got frustrated with all the junk i was carrying around. I did enjoy playing my draenei shammy jeweler but got bored with STV. That jungle just grinds you down. I feel bad leaving the comradery of my guild, Daughters of the Alliance. They are awesome to play with-so helpful and positive. It really was the best play experience I had with WoW.
What do i do but find another mmorg.

I found Perfect World (PW) - a free game in Beta.

Char choices are Human (warrior, magician), Elf (archer, priest), Werebeast-male (tank), Werefox-female (magic and pets-best class for solo).
This one is Chinese/Malaysian converted to english so the translations get a little confused and are quite charming in their politeness. The names of things are often odd and convoluted. Things like npc's given names in the wrong gender. The graphics are prettier but the gameplay is clunkier- you have to hold down W and steer with the right mouse button or click on the ground to get your char to move. I was in a guild for a little while but they booted me. I didn't talk much and neither did they.
I chose to play a werefox because one of the styles to choose from gives you batwings on your head and a nice pointy tail. One of the things you can change is body shape. Most people make the women skinny with giant tits. My baby got back LOL. Not ginormous boobs, just a nice set. Another setting is skin tone. One of the things about WoW was that all but one of the skin tone choices was a variation of white/light skin. In PW, I see a lot more variation, which is nice.
A nice touch in PW is that you can't die from falling and werefox can breath underwater from the getgo. You jump high and far, which I find helpful when scouting for mats and mobs. You can learn all the trade skills (blacksmith, tailor, jeweler, pharmacist) but carrying all the mats clogs up your bag. There is no way to expand your bag as far as I can tell. You do gathering quests to expand your bank. The bank can be password protected. You can also set up a stall to sell or buy. It's a cat floating on it's tail :) Like WoW, you make more money selling mats than you do crafting things.
I started out by playing first several levels before i started consulting the forums. It was fun just figuring out stuff from scratch :). The world itself isn't nearly as big as Kalimdor, but they also have more flying mobs. You get to fly at lvl 1 for Elves, lvl 30 for the rest. There are also riding beasts but I haven't looked into that yet.
One of the emotes allows you to pick up another player (i haven't seen any same sex, so i guess they don't allow that) and "cuddle" them. You can also kiss them. You can get married, too. There are may references to love in this game. The theme song is a love song. All this is too cute for macho players i imagine. The emotes in chat allow for animations like smileys, pigs (yep), flowers and such.
I hope to make some friends and join a nice guild.

wow it's sure been awhile!
Right now I am working on bringing up my cooking by fishing
off to ashenvale to meet with Shandrina @ Silverwind Refuge for expert cooking and to fish for sagefish...should go to Hillsbrad for them tho...
After that, i should head to Booty Bay for sunday and get the mithril trout recipe from old man hemming...
Been having a good time fishing in Zangar Marsh and Terrokar Forest.
Have caught one of the vendorfish already and sporefish, golden darters, feltail...
